ERSAR establishes wide forms of cooperation, collaboration and association, within the scope of its duties, with other entities of public or private law, at a national or international level, when this has been shown to be necessary or important in the carrying out of its respective duties.
At an international level, the relations with other regulatory authorities is growing, with the formalization of partnerships with several entities through the signing of cooperation protocols. This bilateral protocols bring benefits to both parties, namely promoting specific actions for the exchange of experiences, exchange of information and documentation and training and technical capacity building activities.
