Technical Guide 19 about the system of indicators for service quality assessment

Quality of service regulation is a cornerstone of the regulation model developed and implemented by ERSAR. It is now on its 3rd generation of indicators.

Over the years, this system has attracted attention from foreign institutions, regulators, international organizations and other stakeholders.
