ERSAR received around 4 000 complaints in 2016


In 2016, approximately 4,000 complaints were received by ERSAR, with the majority to be presented in the complaint books of the managing entities.

​Billing issues (including the entire cycle from the measurement of consumption to the collection of the invoice) continue to account for more than half of the complaints received (55%) and stand out from the other issues subject to complaint.

The quality of water remains the least contested aspect, which can be attributed to a good performance of the management entities in the control of water quality and the communication of the results to the consumers.
