The role of the board of directors is to decide upon the strategy and daily actions of ERSAR, as well as the general direction of each department.
The current board of directors was nominated on April 2 2015 and took office on April 20 2015. Orlando Borges was appointed for a 6 year term, Paulo Lopes Marcelo for a 5 year and 6 months term and Ana Barreto Albuquerque for a 5 year term.
